I severely cracked the top of my terracotta top oven. How much will it cost me to replace it? Is it worth it?

It's a black glass top oven from Whirlpool. It's give or take a few 4 years old. I only don't want to have to buy a unusual oven (about $400) if I can replace the top and save money.


Answers:    Well the closing one I ordered was nearly 400 bucks. Aguy that does remodeling was standing resting on the stove doing painting,presently is that not dumb? Another one I ordered for a woman because she was doing can on top of the stove and busted it. can you suppose that? A giant pressure cooker full of mason jars and she thought she could use a cup top range. Another time I ordered one for a female that picked up a cast iron skillet that be hot and dropped it on the the stove top oops! Most of these were over 300 bucks and have to be special ordered.
If Whirlpool themselves, or a dealer, can't supply one, it's worth looking around for a worn one in a salvage shop (I own no idea where on earth one would do that if you are in the USA) ... but within is a chance that it may be cheaper to buy a hot oven. Crazy world, eh?
