This guy get really pissed stale at me. What should I do?
gratitude
Answers: First thing you stipulation to do is grow a pair and consequently stand up for yourself. If you're working in atrade where on earth chainsaws are used, don't expect people to sermon like they're contained by a law department.
I think you entail to apologise for causing the sabotage and offer to settle for what he needs . Just influence that to him; and do it.
F*** IT JUST SCRAP WIT HIM
When you pay for the contemporary part, don't speak too much when you give him the lolly, - just say-so sorry about the subdivision, and hope this'll sort it out. He doesn't sound approaching someone to talk to!
I would salary him back for what broke and tender him some space for a bit, give him time to capture pissed off in the order of something else. After that if the guy is still a prick.. just forget nearly it. My guys break stuff all the time on work sites there are far greater tragedies if vivacity then a lash up saw
Pay for the repairs (which you are enough of a stand-up personage to already be doing) and let time restore to health all wounds. He's a bit emotional right immediately, but in time he will capture over it and things will sit right again!
whom put the saw in said truck? who's truck? whos be driving?
What the beep on a manacle saw can be replaced for only ten bucks. I run it you won't runing down the intersate when the saw fell.
I think I would be in motion to the Home Depot buy a shiny new secure saw, go to work and brag and brag and brag and show past its sell-by date and brag. because beep it. His won't start and your very well beep yours is brand trial. nothing better afterwards a brand new tool that make beep fly, and this is a two for one special
Unfortunately, he sounds approaching someone who can't accept apologies to polite! For one, I'm sure he has dropped it a few times and I'm sure he have made repairs to it already! I know that you know that things happen! He should in recent times be thankful that not a soul got hurt! You willfully are paying for the parts to repair the saw! If he is surrounded by the business of using saws, he should hold a spare around! If he can't accept the apology, he desires to learn that not everyone is surefire and that worse things could have happen! Just apologize each time you take-home pay for a part and hopefully he will realize that it be a mistake and he gets over it! Again, it wasn't a natural life and no one get hurt! Good Luck!!!
all you can do is apologize for what happen and let him know that you will retribution for everything
Sounds like a total shake to me. Accidents happen and you didn't do it premeditated and are paying for the repairs. Don't worry in the order of it and don't let him cause his problems your problems.
