Stupid furnance?

I went to budge turn our heat on for the first time since ultimate winter and it turned on but only is forcing cool nouns out. Its one of those glow plug furnances. So here I sit waiting for the repair man since 10am and they a moment ago say sometime this afternoon. I don't know whats wrong next to it. Obviously it turns on its just not heat up. Any ideas while I continue and stew.


Answers:    check the fuel(natural gas) to see if it is turned on in your furnance,should be red knob for pilot,or on,once the pilot is lit by looking at the skinny dash,you will see a flame,keep it lit for thirtt secs. consequently turn it on,i hope i helped you

I have other found it interesting that people want the HVAC tech to fastener down an ETA within a two hour time of year but yet a moment ago accept the reality that the cable guy will be there anytime between 8 and 5.
It,s probably the hot surface ignitor is doomed to failure,but it could also be the draft switch is not making. Check the gas valve,it should be set to on position. Check T-stat.Set to roast and fan set to auto.
