I have a 200Sq. Ft. Deck that needs to be Washed and stained, how much will it cost me roughly?

Answers:
In the K.C. area I charge $3.50 a square to wash and stain. That includes an under coat water seal stain and labor; I also do minor repairs if necessary. If it requires sanded or chemical wash (soap or anti-fungal) I charge $5 a square foot. So you might be looking around $700-$1000. Permits and taxes may apply in your area ( they do in mine). Good Luck and remember to hire a licensed and insured contractor. Good Luck

If you do it yourself, which isn't really that difficult, it shouldn't cost you more than $100.

Does this mean sealed too ? Washed , stained, sealed in general is about $ 3.00 per s.f.. A sanded job could be as much as $12
Why would you pay someone to do such a simple task? Makes no sense at all. BTW, I only hire Democrats to do my work, I only buy stuff from Democrats. You may want to hire a Republican. Finding one that could do this simple task may be a problem. Generally they ask others to tie their shoes.
