central air problem,on split unit ,the fan at the compressor quit running .i had the fan checked it is good ?

I have changed the motor run capacitor what else could it be?I would appreciate your help=broke thanks

got to follow the circuit back check for voltage at motor then check any /all control switches, relays in line with motor.Good luck and BE CAREFUL high voltage/current circuits.
be sure to check all contact /connections and that there is a good ground.Thermal protection devices on it?

If you had it checked by someone that knew what they were doing, and they said the motor is good, then it has to be an optional control, such as a fan cycle control (low ambient control), a speed controller (if multiple speed motor as used on high efficiency units), or voltage problem (burnt wire or loose connection on contactor).
