Bad smell coming out of kitchen sink?
Has anyone every experienced this? Or know what I can do to fix this without calling the superintendant? He's not tremendously nice so I prefer to get things done if I can short him.

Answers: Dran-O and stuff like specifically supposed to be good for getting rid of smells. They aren't only for clogs but also to clean out the goop until that time it gets to that point.
It is posible your septic reservoir is messed up and full of ickyness,.. it happens. You may want to try going into you underground room and finding a hole things drain into and useing Dran-O there.. that get clogged up too.
There is also the posiblity that there is a smell to your hose down from something in excess and as it builds up any where on earth and sits it emits an oder. The most renowned are things that are alive and Sulfer. Some people compensate good money for Sulfer within their water,.. it's supposed to formulate your skin very nice but it make water more and mroe slimey the better the concentration.
Added: Yes. If you neighbors have showery soggy dog food you can smell it. If your neighbors smoke you can swell it. If you could get them to brand name Pancakes.. that's another thing that's assured to smell from neighbors.. just by the smell going through floors and walls.
Added2: Some combos society are suggesting where you mix Bleach next to other things are not something you would want to do in an apartment the size and type I infer you live in. Whenever you want to pour any chemicals down the drain,.. please remember to first have adjectives your windows and doors unequivocal and let the place nouns out for atleast 5 minutes after you finish,.. preferably over 15 minutes.
Use Vinegar or Bleach down the drain, let sit for a few moments and next let hot river run down.
