If the positive and cynical poles are accessible on the battery--you can do a jump or a charger can achieve it going--red to positive--black to negative---but the battery is shot--buy a clean one. Once they die--there is nothing else to do but replace it. Not the train of the world if you have the right tools and please do not touch the tools to metal while you work on the battery--bad doomed to failure burns--INSTANTLY !!!OUCH!!
Just because the battery is unmoving does not mean it is discouraging. It could just be low on hose down in a few of the cell.
When you are jump starting a grassland mower you have to be valid careful not to touch the clamps to the metal body. There isn't much room and it is comfortable to allow one to touch. Otherwise it is just similar to starting a car. Just charge the mobile it is safer and easier.
