Texturing arched ceiling?

i need to foot texture a vaulted ceiling.anyone hold ideas i solely have six foot stepladder

Answers:    Hi mamma,

Well obviously a six foot step stepladder isn't gonna do it, lol. I would suggest checking the yellow page for a rental company and renting some scaffolding. It will probably be expensive, but worth it in the conclusion. Just figuring contained by the sheer comfort aspect it will be worth it in my belief. I hope this will help, apposite luck.
They sell a long telescoping touch with a brush for stomping the mud after it's on, up to that time it dries to texture it. You may need a taller stepladder to be safe and to clear it easier too. That isn't an easy employment, overhead and having to push and hold the pole and brush for that length of time. Better safe and sound than sorry. They also sell a texturing sprayer...they also rent them out if the ceiling is huge, it might be worth it. Just cause sure it has instructions or someone can explain to you exactly how to use it. Good luck.
Buy a bigger ladder.

Buy a stepladder that is equal size, put a board across them, and create a scaffold.

Use a few 2x4's and a board to trademark a scaffold.

Use a hopper to texture the cieling.
Well you could other do what my sister in directive did and build some gawd awful contraption out of ladders, chairs, an aged door and some sawhorses, but she fell and broke her foot or something like that.
I would recommend that you implore, borrow, or rent a scaffold.
