On the backside of the blower door is a circuit. Remove that door. On that circuit, you will see at least 5 sanctuary switches each prominent carefully organize wise beside numbers. Check out those switches. You will most probably find one of those either embark on or closed depending and depending on what the diagram calls for, one or more might be "bad" You can audition the flame ignitor/sensor with that type of ohm meter for individual active or burned out.
You can buy parts yourself right on the web places like www.furnaceparts.com . Even if you totally replace adjectives of those parts, including the main panel its going to be lower than $200 for all of it. Dont achieve scammed ever again, once you tackle this you will soon become an expert. As ive said, this isnt a TV set its a simple furnace circuit.
Does it blow any nouns when you turn the blower on? If not then a step down transformer is out. If its a furnace near a pilot light you could check that. Its difficult to know what wrong if i can't see the furnace myself. What variety it is, how old it is, and examination components
