hotwater tank flushing?
Answers:
Simply attach a garden hose to the spigot on your water heater. Drain about 5 gallons or until the water runs clean.
This should be done periodically to prevent sediment build-up and will extend the life of your water heater. If sediment is allowed to accumulate, it will cause a gas heater to be inefficient and could cause electric elements to go out quicker.
