my printer is broke?

it will not cancel the print or print the print or do anything and everything i own in my home office is nearly brand new, how can i fix it

Reinstall the drivers. Easiest way is to delete the printer from the system then click install new printer then select your printer from the list.

I suggest you contact the printer's manufacturer, online if possible. Sometimes you just need to download a driver.
If a print job is "stuck" in a the print queue (in other words, you can't delete it, it don't print, etc), simply reset everything. The communication between the PC and printer is garbled.

Shutdown your computer, turn printer off and back on (or unplug and replug), and then start computer back up.
