There is dirt and grime on my pool wall that I can't scrub off. I tried using a regular brush and scrub, but none of it came bad. What is the best way to get hold of it off or what can I buy to obtain it off? And where on earth could I buy it?

Suggest you not in use the pool and use some elbow grease
Sounds like algae to me try super chlorinating the pool if it still doesn't come sour it it has to be mineral stains, this requires bitter washing the finish.
