what is the best way to pottytrain dogs in a gentle way?
Answers:
Please, don't let dudezoid ever have a pet! A dog is like a child. Much patience is needed to train them to potty outdoors. You must take them out often, especially after eating and drinking. Give lots of praise when they go in the right place. When they make a mistake and go in the house, you have to thoroughly clean the spot so that no smell remains or else they Will go there again.

When the dogs do what they do in the wrong place get the guilty dog and rub its nose (literally) in its own mess. The mess it just made, not the one from yesterday or the day before. You don't have to hit or hurt the dog, but be stern and let the dog know that this is no game. Immediately after the nose rub pick up the dog (literally) and throw it outside or wherever the authorized potty place is. After a couple or few times the dog will get the idea. If not, whack it with a newspaper. If that doesn't work, get a new dog.
Dogs actually prefer to take care of business outside. They should have the opportunity to go outside when needed. If you are leaving them throughout the day, you probably should start them on a regular schedule. Let them outside very early, or walk them briefly if you don't have a yard. Feed them very early, when you first get up but pick the food up while you're gone. First thing home, take them outside again. A younger dog has trouble at first waiting long hours, but keeping to a schedule helps. Also the type of food you are feeding them may help/hinder. Grocery store food has lots of filler, little protein and basically causes them to go outside more often.
Dogs are very social animals and want to please you. Spend time with them and they will love you forever
First, make sure there isn't any health issue that's causing the problem. Then, you need to thoroughly clean and deodorize any area that they've been using, or they'll continue to use it. After that, you must catch them in the act. But never hit or rub their nose in it, it just makes them think that pottying is bad. You make a big scene (arms waving, loud noise, etc), and take them outside. Dogs generally give you a signal when they need to go (walking in circles, sniffing to find the perfect spot, etc.) watch for the signal, and take them outside immediately. When they take care of their business outside, praise them. The key is to be consistent, you really have to pay attention, and so does anyone else who lives with you. If you don't catch them in the act, do not punish the dog. Just clean it up when they're not looking. Any time you can't monitor the dogs (at night, while you're at work) consider using a crate. Dogs won't generally make a mess in their "den". And consider getting a book about training your dog. There are tons available at you local book store, or on Amazon.com.
