Answers:
If you can't remove what is clogged in your drain, you'd need to call a professional drain cleaner or plumber who can snake the drain. I highly advise you not to use Drain-o becuase it will eat your pipes causing you bigger problems eventually.

Look under the sink and remove the u shaped part of the drain (trap). take everything out and put the trap back on. It is really easy to do.
usually I use a plunger.
bleach can also do the trick sometimes and it is cheap

Try the Plunger frist.It does wonders. You can always use one of the other answers later, but the plunger should be the first thing to try.
You will have to take the pipes apart and use a hanger to get/pull the dirt out.thats if you dont want to use draino
First try really hot water.sometimes the weight and heat of the water unclog the sink
Second Try the hot water while running the garbage disposal...watch out for splash back
Third Get the plunger (clean it first) and pump it about 15 -20 times. try that about 3-5 times.
Fourth if all that doesnt work get a good crecent wrench and remove the u shaped pipe underneath the sink. you should be able to use a wire or hanger to dislodge it.
Fifth if all that fails you can try to dislodge it at the kitchen sink cleanout. This is accesible by the black slot shaped plastic screw usually located outside directly behind the sink. Undo that and try to ream it or put the hose in there to use water pressure to knock it out.
Finally if all that fails replace the black cap for the cleanout. Take a short break and a soda, then decide to repeat part or all of the process or decide to call a plumber. By this time i would call a plumber myself.
