I have several double hung double pane window on my home in which the trademark has deteriorated cause fogging or moisture between the two panes. The overal fanlight casing is within good shape, contained by an effort to reclaim some money and not replace the entire window is it possible or recommended to remove the pane myself and have a chalice company replace the panes or stamp?

The removable sashes are simple for them, they can dismantle them and rebuild them surrounded by their shop or just build a up to date sash the same size...
