BT Extension Box?

The BT extension box in my from room have been knock off the wall and the wires are in a minute loose, I need to find really simple instructions on how to rewire it! Can anyone oblige.

And before any of you vote phone BT they want lb116 just to come out next lb90 per hour labour so I wont be asking them to come (even they said do it yourself!)

Answers:    Take the box apart, refix it to the wall later terminate the electrical system as follows. The blue wire next to white rings goes to terminal 2, the white telecommunication with blue rings go to terminal 5 and the orange rope with white rings go to terminal 3. That is assuming you have the modern colour coded chain. You may also need an insertion tool if the extension box doesn't hold screw terminals, but you can buy one for going on for lb1 from diy stores. Failing that buy a new extension gear for about lb15-20 and do it again from mark.
dont talk to me nearly BT, they are a bunch of robbin gits.

but do yourself a favour. catch cable instead
