possible to clean the between the panes of a sliding glass door?

somehow before i moved in the door got really dirty a smokey white color but its not on the outside of the glass so i was wondering if its possible or does anyone have better advice to deal with it?

Answers:
there isn't any way to clean it, the seal is broken. when that happens it allows air (usually have an inert gas between them) and contaminates in between the panes. the only thing you can do is have it replaced, or repaired. both are expensive to do, so its up to you. if it isn't too bad and you don't want the expense just live with it. otherwise be ready to shell out some bucks.

I have several windows with the same problem and for now I'm just living with it.

Other answers:
Any double glazed window or door that is dirty or discolored on the inside has lost its seal and is of little value. I know of no way to clean between the panes.

Check with Owner if he has household insurance to cover it. Did you mention it before you moved in?
you have to get the glass replaced. in the spacer between the two pains is something called desicant it absorbs water and after a while the desicant becomes so saturated it no longer functions. be prepared if you replace just the one panel you will not believe the difference between the new and old panel
