HVAC I hold a blower within a FAU that will not stop running. It appears to be a temp sensor that is to say doomed to failure.?
If to be precise the part explicitly bad how much could I expect to repay for it. It looks fairly simple to replace.

Answers: That is your flame roll-out sensor, or high temp limitation depending on exact location. Turn off the power and drop the switch. Turn backagainst, does the blower shut off. If it is a high-ranking temp then yes the blower will run to try a cool sour the unit, if it is the flame roll-out switch it will do alike but both should reclose after cooling down and resetting the power. Brand and model number would help alot
Has the thermostat be replaced recently? We only purchased a house that had equal problem. Turns out that they had replaced a thermostat and have wired it incorrectly.
You can either:
a) check the thermostat and craft sure it is wired correctly (look up the number/color of wires on the internet).
b) purchase a new thermostat and install it (again, create sure it matches the number of wires).
c) ring a heating/cooling company and have them come fix the thermostat. The assistance of this is that if the thermostat isn't the problem, they're already there to diagnose the system.

what it does is turn on the motor WHEN the temp reachs around 140 degree in the bake exchanger. this done by a probe usually 3 8 or 11 inchs long. It have 4 wires and a dial in the middle . Their is a bi-metal surrounded by the probe that react to heat and rotates the switch around till it make contact with the motor switch and the blower starts running. Over time the admirer limit will stick and stay running. If you can turn the little dial rear by hand and shut down the aficionado,then it wishes replacement.
