I had a escape under my kitchen sink. There be a little mold, too. I kill the mold with bleach, and call someone out for an estimate to fix the damage. The man told me the wood be rotted, under the sink and also surrounded by front of the sink. He said he would get support to me with the cost for this repair and some others. He never call back. So, I call someone else. This one told me the wood isn't damaged. How can I speak about?
Answers: I do repair work on homes and have replaced rotted wood oodles times. Also if there is problems beside wood boring insects sometimes the outer part of the wood may appear typical.
