Does anyone know of a product that can restore the copper roof over a bay window?

We have a bay window with a copper roof over the top....over the years it has become brown and green, so you can't tell that it was ever copper in color. I would like to get the copper color back without replacing the entire roof. If anyone has done this before, or knows of a product that can help...I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

that's pretty much the point....its supposed to turn green and brown......any way vinegar will clean it but it ll only stay bright for a few weeks at best.....if you want it to stay shiny coat it with some automotive clear coat paint

Other answers:
Lemon juice or ketchup, the acids will kill the oxidization, then seal it with a clear coat.

as a home builder for years i would never recommend using copper for outdoor use. as it will always lose it's brilliance eventually.there are some copper cleaning solvents, sorry don't know the names, but try home depot or lowes
A packet of unsweetened kool-aid will do the trick. Mix it up with 1/2 the water recommened and use a green scrub pad like the one you use for dish washing. Personally i like the way copper turns, the green is tell tale of the copper underneath.
