I have a kayak poo; and I use shock two times a week and algeside once a week I am getting spots in the bottom
Answers:
DO NOT drain a Kayak pool. You do and the liner will snap when you refill or at least come right out of the track, something that's almost as worse as getting it back again is damn near impossible, especially in the corners. Been there and dunnit with ones that have leaked out. That plastic liner track doesn't hold very well in the best of times.
The algae right now, is common. It's the season for it and ESPECIALLY the weather for it. Get your water in balance (Ta,Ph,Cl) then hit it double your dose of shock at dusk and give any spots a brush. Keep any solar cover off. If you're using algacide as well, make sure you use a polyquat. They're more expensive, but work ten times better than the cheap dimethylXXXXXX name so long I can't spell it. Vac up , the next day, any dead stuff on the bottom and backwash. Keep your Cl levels up around 3.0 for the time being. I know it may be a little harder on the eyes, but until this weather passes, algae is just gonna re appear if you don't.

stop shoking it that much you have bottom alge ... brush it and treat with clorine may have to drain pool and bleach it out keep the level constant so it will not grow as fast
