my refrigerator is blowing hot air(in the freezer) and its not getting cold. Is it something very bad?

It most likely is stuck in defrost like the last guy said. If it is, there is a simple way to test it. You have to find the defrost timer. Usually, it's under the front of the unit, or it's located in the refrigerator box. It looks like a small plastic box with a little dial on it that you can turn with a screwdriver, but only one way. Turn that dial until it clicks. If it does click, close the doors and wait some time to see if the machine starts cooling again. If it does, you can use it temporarily but will have to manually defrost the freezer. You will have to change the timer as soon as possible though. Take the part out and call appliance parts places with the make and model number. Make sure you unplug the machine before disconnecting the timer. It will electrocute you if it's plugged in. If it does not start cooling when you turn the timer, you have a bigger problem. With a machine that age, I wouldn't even bother trying to fix it. Just get a new one. A repair tech is going to cost you a considerable amount just for the travel. I hope that helps.

Sounds like you need a new one.
It s time for a new freezer, the coolant has gone horribly bad and you will let everything spoil if you dont do something soon.
You have to charge the compressor with freon 22 gas.
It is 14 years old so the gas is leaked out. Refrigerators you can use as long as it works perfectly.
Ur refrigerator is very much out of order...the problem may be with the condenser... anyway it is too old to hang on to it.
You probably need to call a repairman, but with the age, consider the cost of repair vs. the cost of replacement before you have it fixed.
