Can anybody help me? I just this minute moved into a new home that have a existing modena wall oven (the grill is inside on the top) This oven is dreadful! The oven would only be 3 years behind the times as the house is this age. It just doesnt heat! It takes more or less 3 hours to an equivalant of 1 hour of my previous oven. (Both electric) All the elements appear to be working and fan and griller. I dont know if it is this brand or it is damaged? Any suggestions?
Answers: See if the oven has a warranty first and discuss this issue next to a dealer of this brand.
