what can I do about a recently purchased a Flexsteel recliner that is poorly stuffed that has no resilency?

The one in the store was firm and well stuffed--mine has very little stuffing, the fabric is very loose, the springs sag. It looks like a $200 chair not the over $600 I paid.

You should return it if you are not satisfied with the cushion performance. Flexsteel used to be a well made quality product and most of the stores offered generous return policies, but they are individually owned franchises. If you encounter problems, ask to speak to the owner/manager.
