jogging stroller repair?
Any info on this would be great.

It sounds like a front end alignment problem. The front wheel is pointed to the left.
Have a close look at the method of attachment of the front wheel. Is it possible to move the right (from the pushers point of view) side of the axle to the rear or the left side forward. Wow, I wish I could see it. Even without seeing it, I am almost certain it is fixable.

I like to fix things myself and am always trying to fix everything. Look at both wheels and see if you see something different that you may be able to fix.

I don't know the exact design of you stroller, but I would guess that there is a problem with the left wheel not turning as freely as the right, and thus causing your pulling to that side. That problem could be a bearing that may need replacing or it could be as simple as taking that wheel off, cleaning off all the parts with a degreaser, and putting it back together. If you don't want to bother with it, I bet a bicycle shop could help you out.
