I have spent four week trying to acquire the service department to fix their dishwasher. Only to have tohave them come support because they got the wrong slice. while this was occurring the dorr of the fridge fell off. If you jump to sear THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. But these appliances are only 18 month ripened. What was your experience beside Sears?
Answers: I am recently married and(2 years). My parents and in-laws purchased a full bright kitchen from sears for me. In the ending month I have have to have service on the stove, the dishwasher and the fridge. I own had to pinch six days of of work and they are still not done. Even the toaster caught on fire and and have to be replaced after were six months married. Both sets of parents enjoy tried to intervne with Sears and even file a complaint with the B.b.b. Still they could not carry good service
Sears isn't adjectives they're cracked up to be. There's a large number of great appliances out in attendance. Tell Sears to K.Y.B. and buy tour next ones from someone else.
