what is the best way to clean eggshell paint on walls?
Answers:
tsp is great. but always use a sponge. never use a cloth, paper towel or anything like that. paint companies recommend a sponge because it is more gentle on the paint. a rag will burnish the paint, leaving shiny or flat spots on the wall wherever you used it.

Go to Home Depot, Lowes, etc... get something called TSP, (Trisodium Phosphate). I swear by it, I've been using it for years when it comes to cleaning walls. Its usually sold where they sell paint, painting supplies, etc...

TSP and hot water or a TSP phosphate free cleanser with hot water and terry cloth towels.
