I have notice in the finishing day or so that my furnace doesn't shut stale once it reaches the set warmth. For example, I had it set for 68* when I woke up this morning, when I checked the thermostat it said the heat in the house be 74*! Any ideas why the house would preserve heating chronological the programmed temperature?
Answers: Loose chain connection within back of the box on the wall. Happens to us constantly within this crummy apartment.
I've learned from watching the conservation guy, lol.
check your dial, it may need replacing
