Wiring a 3 Phase AC unit... most likely you are tring to wire up a 3 phase motor. Each phase runs 180 degrees opposite of each other (syne wave).
If you are using a single phase source you need to get a phase convertor to throw one of the phases off 180 degrees. These are available commercial and fairly easy to find.

It would be nice if we knew what unit you want to wire.It,s fairly simple on most newer type 3 phase. you have 3 hot wires 120v 240. or440v regardless these connect to unit load ,motor or whatever your 3phase unit happen,s to be.if motor run,s wrong direction switch two wire,s to correct.
