If your clorine in your pool is really good and it rains really hard do you still need to shock it?

I keep my clorine a little more toward the high end of good.

Answers:
Always best to test first to see. Generally a hard rain will deplete chlorine from washing air borne contamination into the pool. Test it and adjust accordingly.

Yes because of the acid rain
Yes because of the acid rain
The best thing to do is test it. The most important is the PH. If the ph isn't right the clorine won't work
Check your PH levels but alittle more chlorine won't hurt. Remember...your mixture has been slightly diluted. But letting it go a day or two before adding won't hurt.
Yes you still need to do the same as your doing now
that is why water quality is checked daily
I would,but test the chemicals.
