Why is my electric furnace blowing out heat nouns instead of hot nouns?

I have a rental property contained by the Carolinas, and the tenant claims something is wrong w/ the furnace because it is blowing out warm nouns instead of hot air. I be told the furnace has a roast pump, by the last company who maintain it, and this is normal.

The entire house runs on electric and her concluding two bills have averaged to $225/month for a 1400 square foot house. Do you have a sneaking suspicion that this is too much? When I lived there, I believe the chief bill I paid be around $150, but everybody uses electricity differently. She claims she leaves it turned down low, doesn't cook much, and turns all lights bad, etc.

Please help! I'm sending out a technician from a different company on Friday, but I sometimes interview their diagnosis; not sure if they are out to just go and get $$$.


Answers:    It may be a tad low of freon OR it may just requirement to have the A coil cleaned inside and the filter changed. The outside may need to be cleaned also.
There's a arbitrary it's not working properly. If it's too cold out side, the roast pump won't work properly, that's why most of them have an lesser heat source for when the temp get too cold out side.
