carpet in hallway soaked 3 times now should i be concerned with mold just in hallway?

Yes, you should. Carpet is disgusting stuff- it never gets truly clean. Not to mention the foam padding and whatnot underneath- it's disgusting too, most vacuums don't even begin to touch the nastiness carpeting and the padding harbor. If you have any say in it at all, I'd advise ripping out all the carpet and replacing it with something you can actually clean, like tile, or linoleum, or just about anything else that is hard.

i would worry about mold everywhere now.mold is spores and could actually blow through the air and get in different parts of the house.
since the floor was soaked the wall around the floor soaked up some of the water. that also means it got behind the walls and that is where it starts spreading without you knowing. you may need to remove the carpet in the hallway. you should clean the walls with bleach.
i would use a spray like lysol and spray the whole house walls and all.
