How do I get rid of mould on silicon grouting?

I have a glass shower stall with silicon sealant where the glass meets the floor and walls. Try as I might, I can't stop black mould from appearing on it. It's hard to scrub off. How can I do it effectively? Better yet, how can I prevent the mould from reappearing?

Answers:
Try bleach to get rid of the black stuff. I don't know how to prevent it, but try to make sure you are running the fan when you shower or leave the bathroom door open so the steam can escape. You could try one of those after shower cleanser sprays they advertise all over.

Other answers:
Apply “Shock It” (Shock It comes in a bag and is a
powdered chlorine product that is used to control algae in swimming pools. You can buy it at Wal-Mart).
Sprinkle a little on the areas, let set for 15 minutes and rinse off. The black is gone. Another tip is to use
hydrogen peroxide to get rid of those hard to remove mildew that collects in the grouting. Pour it directly on
and it instantly softens the dirt so you can remove it easily.

Replace the silicon first. When useing the shower make sure the room is well ventilated to reduce the risk of mold coming back, leave the shower door open untill the stall is dry.
If the mold problem presist you may need to check other areas for mold & moisture buildup. Example are your pipes sweating?
Is there miosture on any walls? Check your plumbing under your home, you may have a more serious problem.
The store carry different types of mildew removers, try any of these or ask the sales person which is the best. Spray it on the joints and take a scrub brush to it. If it will not remove it, then you may want to replace the silicon caulk.
