yes he turned on breaker and yes it was turned on after cistern was full up but im still not getting anything ill check my fuse to see if its blown thank you for your help out i appreciate it

and no the gas company cant fix it its an electric water kiln not a gas stove or a gas furnace silly woman lol

Answers:    Oh....conceivably the thermostat isn't set correctly??? There should be two covers on the water boiler, one for each heat element. Use a straight blade screw driver to turn it to the temp you would approaching it set to....if you have little kids that aren't comfortable with how hot hose down can be in the shower....I wouln't turn it former 110-120 degrees.
it could be the heat coil or something like that i have one that kept going out until i replaced the water electric fire all together, its a cheap piece, but after replacing it so many times it get to be expensive....good luck
