My 220v baseboard radiator solely have 2 lead and a ground. How do I win 220v to it short 3 lead?
Answers: Appliances which use straight 220 current (such as a baseboard heaters) have three wires:

Some appliances (such as clothes dryers and ranges) use 220 volt current to power their main function (drying clothes or cooking food) but use 110 volt current to power accoutrements such as the clock on your stove or the light inside the oven, or the digital readout on your dryer controls. That is why some 220 volt circuits hold four wires:
