What do you do roughly a leaky toilet, minus have to phone call a plumber?
Answers: I construe about not wanting to hail as plumber. It can be expensive. but you tried twice to fix it. DO NOT caulk around the base as suggested. That will one and only cause any outflow to build up under the toilet. It if truth be told sounds like your floor flange is set a short time too deep presently that the tile is down. You could check to see if it can be raised a bit. Sometimes they can and sometimes they can't. Without in fact seeing it I can say for sure. One more entity, there are different competence of wax rings if your trying to use the cheapest one you can buy that may be part of your problem. Even the best of them are cheap. The best of them hold a rubber flange insert. Be careful spaces the toilet over the seal and attentively tighten the bolts properly.

You own done the job twice and it still isn't right. Time to ring a professional.
You need to coulk around the underneath. The water is leak because there is not a trademark between then toliet and the floor.

Just bite the bullet and ring a professional and have it done already.
Go to lowes and carry a tube of silicone and a gun, slop a bunch of it on the hole, put the gasket down and slop silicone all over it, consequently set the toilet down.
Use a pair of wax rings a bit than just one. Also, when re-installing the toilet, be sure that the hold-down bolts are safe and sound tightened so that the toilet does not rock. (Be careful not to over-tighten, unsurprisingly, as you could fracture the base.)
Postscript: one responder have advocated seal around the base. BAD IDEA; this will hide from view the problem without fixing it, and rot will result.

If you are truism that you replaced the wax ring and I have to assume that the brand new tile was exceptionally thin, next you may have dilapidated the wax ring and will need to replace it again one VERY careful when setting the stool on it. If your spanking new tile is very gelatinous, then you may not be seal well and may have need of to install an adapter for the added thickness of the fresh thicker tile. As far as the smell, the toilet acts as a trap and if at hand is no water within the toilet as it should be normally, you will bring back a sewer smell. I hope this helps even though I may hold covered areas that I believe you have already done.
When you replace the wax ring spawn sure that you have a flat surface underneath so the toilet won't rock.
"A stitch surrounded by time saves nine," it is better to solve this problem in a minute with what seem to be an expensive plumber than to have to appointment in both the plumber AND a floor repairman subsequently.
If you just used a wax ring and not a ring beside an extended dump pie in it, this might be the problem.The extended pipe solitary goes into the sewer going on for an inch or so but will keep splash from getting olden ring and under the toilet itself.
If I have done it twice, and the problem was still near, I'd call a plumber. May cost a hundred bucks but if it isn't fixed properly, you'll be replacing the floor down to the floor joist.
The wax ring should be higher than the floor a moment ago set it on the floor flange and see if it is lower than the tile if so you may have to use two. I hold had this problem where on earth I had to double up.
