Answers:
There are several products that are used to clean the condenser coils on home A/C condensers, most will brighten aluminum by removing the oxidation, just be sure to read and follow the instructions,they are usually acidic,so be careful about what the cleaning solution comes in contact with.
Other answers:
Certainly you can steel wool them and buff them with an aluminum polish with a buffing wheel on a hand drill, but the effects of oxidation on aluminum are permanent. Pitting, staining etc. are part of the process.
You could buff them with the steel wool then paint???
I accept the fact that natural causes, cause processes that may not alway be attractive, but I never stress,,, It's not something strictly in my control.
