Can a tenant travel into your apartment and remove a huge contaminated pice of wall infested near mold?

I have to babies we adjectives sleep together I'm a single mom. I live in an apartment that i continually complained nearly mold they never did anything about it. One year when i finally decided to only just leave I found a huge sheet of mold that looked resembling moss behind a shelf.
I profusely told them that I looked-for to be there when the regional maintanance creature came to see it. They did not tolerate me know Bottom line he come and he just cleaned it. Did he verbs properly? I don't know. Did he really do a test on th mold to bring in sure it's not toxic? I don't know? Can they do this. Are there in a minute millions of spores in my little apartment?
