that would depend on the complexity of the project, here in michigan, simple house roughly $5-10 per sq ft, complex have charged up to $20 per sq ft, best i can say is callabout 10 contractors and get thier estimates for your area, but with michigan being one of the toughest to build in, my numbers should be pretty close
