our oven smells so bad. it smells similar to urine/porta potty. it is so bad. i read some where on earth that this is caused by mice. is this true??it with the sole purpose smells when the oven is on. how do i get rid of the smell??? please assist!!
oh yeah, we have have problems with squirrels contained by our attic and one time they even got into our house through the attic. could it be them?
Answers: I help yourself to it that it is an older oven, I would bet that through the years the insulation have gotten wet through steam generate by cooking and the food odors are emulsified into the insulation. Time for a new oven, one clue would be if you enjoy hot spots and uneven cooking!!
