I own a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust wrist watch. It is the automatic winding type so I have to wear it always to keep it ticking and in time. This by the way is cool, but my problem is that it loses time. In 24 hours, it loses around 15 mins. Is this normal and to be expected, or am i not mobile enough for it to wind itself, or is this a defect that needs rectification.
By the way, I am very busy most of the time (unless when sleeping). So I doubt that the problem is mobility.

They make special storage boxes, which keep the watch wound during the night. They have motors in them which vibrate at a specific frequency to run your watch optimally. They are not cheap...but you've got money to burn. This will probably solve your problem.
