It seems that the marine fill tube have become frozen solid with hose. I defrosted it near a hair dryer and it seem open but next to turning the freezer down and the ice inventor on still no ice making leisure. The ice dispenser is within the door.

The defrost heater is given up the ghost. It keeps the hose line unfrozen too. May want a new timer or investigational heating item. check the link below for parts and troubleshooting guide
