Miller Falls Bench Grinder?

I know someone who has an dated Miller Falls bench grinder. And recently it started leak oil, does anyone know how this can be fixed?

I checked around and it looks approaching the Miller Falls company is gone, if anyone has any contact info for a company that may own bought it I'd appreciate the info.

I don't know why a bench grinder would be leaking grease unless it has grease cups for the shaft that were overfilled. You could probably clutch it apart and wipe up any excess oil that have accumulated within the motor.
I think Ingersol Rand immediately owns the assets of Millers Falls. There should be plenty of info on the web if you own a model number or better description.
