More pressure contained by shower leader? and more hot sea longer? already turn up gas stove? took out flow resticter .
Answers: I agree on the shower head. I enjoy the same one, but can't remember the pet name, and it has no designation printed on it. Its small, its S/S I believe, and its the most powerful shower head I've ever have! Very simple, and inexpensive. Most hardware stores will have it, or Lowes/Home Depot.
As far as the hot dampen, the only entry you can do is turn up the dial for hotter water, but you said you did that. When be the last time it be serviced? When was the later time it was completely drained from the bottom, to swab out any deposits?
even though you took out the flow rest washer, you might want to get a foreign shower head. I similar to the small stainless steel one thats about 3" long, and the front cone is just 3/4' dia. , with 8-10 holes surrounded by it. I found this one to work the best with low river pressures. available at Home Depot.
