I have a massager that's 3 prong UK 250V, I need to know what to purchase to be able to use in US.?

If you want to use it on a 125 volt household circuit you will need several things. First you need a 2 to 1 step up transformer matched to the wattage of the massager or slightly larger. Then you will need a couple of short 3 wire cords. One with a male cord fitting to match your 125 volt outlet and one with a female cord fitting to match the male fitting on the massager, along with appropriate connectors for attaching the cords to the transformer. You need to hire an electrician to wire up one specific outlet in the house to be 240v with the appropriate receptacle and possibly rewire the cord end on the massager to fit an approved 240v receptacle.
In US, the frequency standard is 60 Hz. In some other countries the frequency is 50Hz. You can buy an adapter that will allow you to use it in other countries, depending on frequency.
