What can I append to premixed plenty of concrete to prevent freezing? And where on earth can I go and get it?

Answers:    I assume you mean after concrete poured
You can lay a plastic membrane at bottom and up sides of boxing, cover poured concrete near tarps or use an accelerator to mix which which makes it jump off much quicker
or as Brickie say use heat
I hold used these different methods depending on the circumstances sometimes a combination
Eg after concrete has skinned sufficently lay buoyant timber from edge to limit of boxing, lay tarp over top and use a small fan electric fire to put warm nouns under tarp, this provides a heat up air railing
It shouldn't freeze if it's in powder form. Store it some place dry.
