46" and don't water your concrete til your toprail (1 3/8) is installed and watch yor grade or slope of ground.
Other answers:
Mine are 54 inches. It seems to be fine and looks good.
I didn't install the fence myself. It was already here when we bought the place.

45 inches - on top of the post isa cap, and cross tubing (the same as the post are made of) the chain link fense should extend one half link p[ast the cross tubbing. However, should you experience a problem getting them all the way down to 45 inches, you can cut them off a little. Good luck
depends on your climate. in wis we have hard winters so we have to go at least 4 feet. get at least 1 foot below average frost line and you'll be fine, but you will still need enough cover to hold up your fence
It depends on how much post you would like sticking above the fence. 48" would be your min. and you can go as long as you wish.
54" to 60" should do it. Add a couple dozen more inches if you want to support a roll of razor wire (concertina) for enhanced security. Just kidding about the concertina. You know that good materials store personnel would be happy to answer your construction questions?
we just dug one of ours up. It was about 2ft down with cement around it.
