Why does a blue & white spark shoot out of the electric socket when I unplug an electric cord?

How can I fix the problem myself?

Answers:    It sounds like you are unplugging something beneath a load. Turn past its sell-by date whatever it is you are unplugging back you pull the plug. The spark is regular but should be avoided.
cause thats the color of electricity!!!
