Answers: Ahh ok, well if you lived close ample I would come over and do it for under $200, but I am within Sacramento, and I have my window open and it's resembling 68 (sorry). Considering you only stipulation the joints fire tape, you should be safely beneath $200 to have someone come and fix it for you. (*If you are close adequate for me to drive, I can fix it Thursday for you for the cost of gas and materials.)
Dry it out first. It is a lot cheaper to rent some blowers than it will be to shred out the drywall. Besides restoration companies will always try and salvage what they can first, formerly going to the demo. Once you have it dried out, check for surface bubbling. If nearby is none, you should be safe. Get some Kilz primer which will block out sea stains. Prime, repaint, and have a beer.
You could first try to dry it by using the industrial strength fan for a day or two. Much easier than replacing it if you can. Try getting a handyman. I have one come out for a 4 hr job and it cost me in the order of $200 + materials. If you paint it yourself you'll save some money.
