Does anyone know where on earth i could find a brochure for a hot tub?

Answers: I enjoy found over the years that the best bet is to contact the manufacturer (jacuzzi) directly, whether by email or phone and ask them. If it is available online they can let somebody know you where to look, but for , your search is over.

Try looking online at the manufacturer's website, or asking at a local store that sells similar models.
Here is an 800 number for Jacuzzi and you can ask question there. They may know how to help you attain an owners manual.
